Refund and Return Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our students. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Enrollment & Admission Cancellation

You may cancel your admission within 24 hours from the time of successful payment to be eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests after 24 hours of admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within 24 hours of the course purchase/admission.

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction.

The full course fee will be refunded. However, any incidental charges (such as payment gateway fees, transaction fees, etc.) are to be borne by the customer.
3. Refund Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3 working days.

You will be notified via email or phone once your refund has been initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be processed after 24 hours of admission, regardless of whether the course has been started or not.

No refunds are provided for partial use or incomplete attendance of any course.
